Dear Jio Customer Care,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Jio Air Fiber relocation request associated with LR number LR000012GUMW. I applied for relocation and paid ₹1200 on 30th December 2025. It has now been over two months without any progress. About a month ago, one representative collected the old equipment, but since then there has been no update despite my repeated follow-ups (more than 8 times). This repeated chasing is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I even requested a refund, but neither the relocation nor the refund has been processed. I want to make it clear that I will not continue to call and remind your team. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint and pursue a refund case to recover my losses.
