I have installed JIO AirFiber on March 1st, 2025, and representative name: Dilip and installation came on next day with installation person is Sathish K. From the Day 1 i am not getting the internet connection. still i am not getting service from service provider. Refund also not initiated for this connection. Total Team is making Fraudulent with customers. Need immediate action on this issue and resolve as soon as possible .

Service Engineer came for service and his name : Vivek . He is one make fraud at customer place , He told that , i will close the request now and new request will place for you and new egineer will come and check and he told that ,will cancel the connection and ask for the OTP to close the request . Once closed the request he will not respond to our calls and messages. After closing the request, we didn’t get any cancellation requested for initiation. He is number 1 fraud in this Team and his Lead Rajkumar . I want to take action on these people for making fraudulent.
