JIO AIR FIBER COLLECTED AN THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS. 9488.92 FOR A 6 MONTH PERIOD ON 16-DEC-2023 AND SENT A MESSAGE ON 17 DEC 2023 THAT INSTALLTION WOULD TAKE PLACE ON 20-DEC-2023 AT 17:30 HOURS. TILL DATE 30-12-2023 19:10PM NO INSTALLATION HAS HAPPENED. THIS MESSAGE WAS RECEIVED ON 17-DEC-2023 “The SMS I received on my registered mobile 9840775727 on 17 Dec 2023 at 7:17pm is below

I HAVE REPEATED BEEN CALLING THEM FROM 20-12-2023 TILL 30-12-2023 19:10PM. ALWAYS THEY SAY THEY HAVE ESCALATED THE ISSUE OR IT WOULD TAKE 24 HOURS. THE SAME STORY CONTINUES TILL DATE AND NO ACTION FROM JIO.
IT IS ALMOST 15 DAYS AND NO ACTION.. BASICALLY JIO IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS. ONLY EXCUSES BUT NO ACTION AT ALL
