Dear Merchants, we are writing this to bring your attention towards fraudulent business practices being carried out by Niyati Patel & Ravikumar Patel Proprietors of “Jihaan Enterprise” located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with GSTIN 24BMSPK5060M1ZK.
We ordered around 100 metal pop up card holders from them on 27th September 2022. They got delivered next day on our Pune location. After inspecting we found that out of 100 around 25 items had defect such as loose spring, deep scratches or similar damages.
We contacted the seller and informed them about the same. The owner Niyati Patel told us to return the item and assured us of exchange of goods. We followed the same instructions and returned the items to their location. After that they plainly refused the exchange saying that the goods we returned were not theirs. We sent them video proofs of the same but they were adamant and refused to answer us and blocked all our numbers.
We surely felt betrayed and humiliated. For this same reason we are posting this so that other merchants/business owners don’t face the same heat. We recommend you to not do business with Niyati Patel, Rvikumar Patel or their business aliases named as “Jihaan Enterprise” on Indiamart or “Radhe Techno Service” on Amazon.
Their goods are of super cheap quality and customer service is very poor. They will rob you of your hard earned money and will refuse to accept their mistakes. We are duped by them but want others to stay aware of Niyati Ravikumar Patel who is a fraud business person. If you have faced similar issues with this fraud person named Niyati Ravikumar Patel then we request you to call it out on similar consumer forum portals.
