I have ordered two jewellery set from PIKCOLLECTION FROM INSTAGRAM PAGE..I have received wrong item from them they cheat us and also I paid to post man 1500/- at the time of delivery and also I informed the same to them but they didn’t re respond to my msgs after that I checked Google for consumer complaints I got one number toll free number which is :6281769283 they told me that install some remote app on my mobile so I believe them installed the app after that they are asking my UPI I’d to pay the sourav Guin the name of the phone pay person they told me some bar code to enter and in the note mention u r refund and return the product after that the phone pay they told me they raise the complaint for return and refund amount so still I don’t know they are right person or not pls help me out of this to get my refu amount of 1500/- pls help me pls
