I ordered a bed (Allie Wood Sheesham Solid Wood King Bed) from Flipkart which is shaky and noisy. There is no support to the bed in between and is not at all in condition to sleep.
I had raised a return request but unless a technician visits from Jevees and their technical support team approves the request after reviewing the bed. The product cannot be returned.
Jevees always asks me contact Flipkart and Flipkart says they do not have an authority to return as it’s with Jevees.
Flipkart is doing fraud by getting Jevees in between to keep the complaints going for ever.
The product is not usable at all.
