I had booked tickets via Paytm for Jet airways but due to the bankruptcy & flight getting canceled I could not travel.
This happened in April 2019 & Flight authority did not give us any alternate bookings nor arrangements.
Since then we are following up with Paytm for refund but each time they say Airlines has not processed.
It is difficult for a common man to buy expensive tickets in advance & in last minute manage alternatives without refund.
Please request to refund on priority basis with interest.
