I have purchased a mobile from Flipkart with JeevesCompleteMobileProtection. The phone screen broken and I sent the phone for repairing after paying additional Rs.1500 on 1st July 2020. Jeeves has not returned my phone till date despite multiple calls and emails. Only contact for Jeeves is the tool free number. They always ask to wait for another 5 days. I am waiting last 2 months.
