Flipkart raises the uninstallation of ac from my side. After some time Mr ashish gupta from jeeves called me for uninstallation. I told him that indoor ac is with whirlpool service center as they took it for service and it is uninstalled. May be it will take some time to come.. He told me if flipkart will call me just told him him that come tomorrow for the same. As it will create some problem for your uninstallation.After that my indoor ac was returned by whirlpool. Than Mr chatur called me as he is coming for uninstallation.. I told him ok. I waited for sometime than called Mr ashish too for the same matter but he didn’t response. I called Mr chatur he told me that I talked to ashish gupta and I was unclear what he was saying..
After sometime ashish called and started yelling & was arguing and misbehaving with me and saying I told u na what to say. U will get refund u just have to say what I told as there is recording done by flipkart employee.. And after that threatened me will see if your product is ok or not and will cancel your return.
Is this jeeves is working and giving services.. They don’t know how to talk. I need proper explanation and want apologies from jeeves for that
