i purchased a insurance with my phone from flipkart . after the 2 months my device’s screen were damaged then i claimed it from jeeves mobile protection service. my claim registered on 29sep 2019 and processing payment is paid by me on 1 oct 2020, the device is still not picked up by them and they are not give me any update regarding them, when i call customer care daily so i only heared that no response from backend team give us business days. it’s 14th day from the day of payment.
