This is regarding Complete Protection with CPFK220121004090.
Jeeves had sent drunk technician Aman kumar on 21/5/22 against claim id CLCPA20052200661 to find cause behind refrigerator’s motor failure since 19/5/22, technician was drunk and updated wrong issue like dryer filter is plastic part, refrigerator cooling less, no damage to electrical part etc which are totally wrong. He didn’t mention motor didn’t start and total electrical failure. After waiting since 12 days long in hope of another technician visit from jeeves against the drunk and inefficient one, jeeves didn’t send single technician to solve / cross check the issue. Then i closed the claim CLCPA20052200661 and raised a new claim CLCPQ31052200836 on 31/5/22 to which i received an sms for technician visit yesterday 1/6/22 but till now 72 hrs past since claim registration, no technician visit is done, whenever called on 18001034510, jeeves are replying with reference to old cancelled claim, telling part is pending which is wrongly updated before by the drunk technician Aman kumar on 21/5/22.
Jeeves don’t share any details of local service center so that you can find out what is the real problem is. They intentionally hire some executives without any direct contact with local service team to confuse customer. They only send mails to service team and are of no use. Actually their job is to create barrier between you and your actual local service providing center
