On 13th September 2020 I had lodged a complaint with the Jeeves Extended Warranty for my MI LED Android TV having no power. On 18th September the technician came after much persuation and calling He informed me that the panel needs replacement and will be available in a week time. After one week i called the customer care of Jeeves extended warranty. The costumer care executive told me it will require another 2-3 days. Ater wards these days kept on extending from 15days period to 21 day period. Now its nearing 25 days with no end in sight.
I have been calling them and mailing them again and again on their registered helpline and email. All i am geeting is false promises and hoax assurances. Hope some one from the organisation see this and comply in the high standards that jeeves extended warranty program is portraited on the website of Flipkart India. Moreover it also adversely effects our choice of choosing sites for onine shopping. At the moment I am deeply agonised and betreayed by their attitute and am in a nighmare.
The Mi TV, the Flipkart shoping website seems to be mute spectator or are hand in glove as they conviniently potray Jeeves Extended Warranty program on their products where the customers are trapped in a cobweb.

I have exactly similar problem. I too purshed MI-LED TV (43Inch) having problem in TV. I also have reported problem to call center on sept 03,2020 but not received any support from Jeeves. Only I got false promises from call center. Even I am not getting reply to my e-mail. I think all customers who is facing similar problem should come forward and unite together to fight against Flipcart/Jeeves.
