Text of Complaint by Suryabhan Gupta:

I have purchased Extended warranty for 2 Year after brand warranty get completed from Jeeves at the time when the New LED TV was installed at my home. 26th March 21 i have problem with LED TV against which i had purchased Extended warranty from Jeeves, they stated the warranty period will start from 25th October 21 for 2year this is under brand warranty. So i have contacted Brand and they stated brand warranty is already completed and also extended warranty from Amazon is also completed now product is out of warranty. Jeeves is denied to provide service under warranty, it seems i have been cheated from Jeeves . Today Technician Calling and asking for Spare part cost than only TV will be repaired. Please need your help intaking strict action on “Jeeves Consumer Services” for cheating and troubling to consumer; please help me for getting the services under warranty.

Now From April 21 , i have chasing with Jeeves team and every time they give new date and ping pong the blame and still this is not attended to resolve the problem it is now that from 15th June 21 no one from Jeeves is responding me on the further state of action.

Also to update i have filed a consumer complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ but no action from Jeeves as well has from consumer helpline.

Jeeves have agreed to give service but from last 3 month no action and now stop responding.

I cannot understand what further action can be taken now this i am help less me and specially my family is suffering from last 3 month on this.

Revert from Jeeves related to Extended Warranty

Based on this I have contacted Brand as they are reverting the product is not under Brand warranty.
