I bought motorola tv from flipkart and opted fkr 3yrs extended warranty after 1.5yrs my tv got line on display so i contacted flipkart and jeeves they took my tv repaired it and send it back to me after 14 days, when i received the tv it was scratched from everywhere on the display back panel even the plastic fim on display was cut through and metallic edges of the tv were scratched so bad the paint was chipped so i asked them to clear these problems and send me tv again after some days they sent me the tv again this time there was a dot on display and display was burned like it was showig double images italked with the company guy ajay jaiswal and alao talked with jeeves customer care after it i asked them to repair these problems after 8 days they told me that my tv is not repairable and will return me 80%of my amount i bought the tv for 28999₹ + 3000₹ = 32000₹ and they were offering me 23200₹ i was continuously emailimg them and contacting on phone but they were not responding in a proper manner i was already more than month without tv so i had to buy another one coz so i accepte the offer and bought another tv
But these people are cheating us they don’t handle our products properly and then make us pay for it, strict actions should be taken against the company. they damaged my tv and made me accept the their offer and they also said on email rather accept the offer in 5 days or your rquest will be cancelled
