I had bought a television from flipkart with Complete Protection Plan of 3 years for better service.
We have found an issue with the television and after lots. Of effort flipkart was not able to resolve the issue so they took the tv back and refunded the amount.
Now, I have asked the jeeves india to cancel my Complete Protection plan of 3 years as tv has been returned, they were agree and asked the return status of tv and lots of documents,
which i have sent over email.
As they were asking documents and not providing the expected date of refund i called many times and finally, on 18th Feb 2022,
I have received email that “We have initiated the refund process and the refund amount INR 2625.00 will be credited to your account within 8 business days.”, which does not happen yet.
I would like to know what should i do I get my money back from jeeves india (An extended warranty provider).
Every time i ask for an update they revert me with the same response on Email
