Text of Complaint by Vipul Bansal:

I have purchased the complete warranty on 5 July and cancel the same at 7 July with required details and as per company policy we have to cancel the plan within 10 days to get full refund.

They have provided confirmation on mail mentioned within 10 days you will get a refund through UPI after 10 days they stated we escalate the issue wait for 2 more days, then after 2 days same mail is received again an then again same.

And if i am calling to the support team they also mentioned the same comments and cut the call or put the call on OnHold

Amount to be refunded – 5200

Also, they do fraud with a complete protection plan as they toke extra money by mentioning you have to take it now otherwise this plan will no applicable.
