Purchased Midea washing machine from Flipkart in 2018 and purchased 2 years extended warranty along with the purchase. Now still in warranty period till November 2021.
The washing machine has a complaint and it is not working. I registered a complaint last month (March) and a technician from Jeeves confirmed that the Machine is damaged and have to replace some parts.
After one month, they send an email that the part is not covered and cannot be replaced and will not get a refund amount as well.
As per their policy, if they cannot fix the issue by service, Jeeves has to provide a refund amount of 70% of the total purchase bill in the second year of the warranty period.
Now they send an email on 09/04/2020 and confirmed that they cannot provide service and refund amount.
