I have a account on jeevansathi matrimoni site.
Jeevansathi made the auto renovation through my bank account without any information for 5 months. In which so far they have deducted Rs 2309 from my bank account.
When i contacted them through customer care they told me its not possible to refund money..
They told me that they had sent pre alerts every month before deduction.. but again it was never delivered to me nor in mail nor in messages..
I re cancelled the memebership in month of feb.. Acc to them it was cancelled on 23rd feb then again on 24feb Rs 604 was deducted from my account.. On asking why deduction happened ever after cancellation they gave no clear reply and mentioned if money is deducted they will not refumd
Kindly look into this matter as this is clearly a case of ONLINE CHEATING AND BIG SCAM .. God knows from how many other people like this they are stealing and deducting money like this.. Since no body is checking their statements frequently so their fraud is not coming to surface..
Kindly look into this matter ON PRIORITY and help me in getting my money back..
