My name is Ravneet singh
I Purchased JBL flip 4 from amazon
After using it for 2months
The charging cable stopped working
Then the speaker started having battery issues
I called Jbl they said me to send to Jbl Harman, gurugram
I dtdc my jbl 4 to them and it reached gurugram on 31st july
They promised me to return it
Within 15days
But till now I have not received my speaker.
They are always saying that give us more time.
It still repairing
We don’t have battery
Plz cooperate
Sir plz help me.
To get a new JBL 4 from them
My Jbl when I sent them was still in warranty
