I had ordered a jacket online from Chikara shopping on 25th Dec, 2022 for Rs.399 which I had paid online via google pay. However, it’s been more than 02 weeks and I haven’t received the jacket. I emailed them several times at the email address provided by them but they never replied. Also the customer care number provided by them is not working. The Order ID of the same is 271059.
