Text of Complaint by Haris Paruthinikkadan:

I tried to book indigo Flight ticket from Doha to Kannur on 09-02-2024 02:15am Indian Time using ixigo mobile app.

Even after filling all the details and paying Rs.9482 through Upi payment, the booking was not successful. The money has gone from the account. The screenshot of payment complete is attached below.

 Request to refund this money as soon as possible.
