I have booked flight from Bangalore to surat and due to some reason i have canceled it from airlines website and they have returned 75% of fair price and i am happy with it but my travel agent Ixigo is denying to refund the same amount thea are charching 3500 in the name of airline deduction and they have returned only 20% of air fair and they are denying any further help.
