I made one transaction on Nov 10th amount of Rs.588.47/-
the transaction no.

this id amount not refunded which was successful
transaction amount debited by ixigo.razorpay@axisbank and not credited to merchant account merchant (Go-mechanic)give evidence also and attached screenshot .
due to amount is ₹550 not credited to merchant account.
Now both are not accepting to refund the amount.
