IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd is registered Mumbai ROC company and it is doing Multi Level Marketing Pyramid scheme. The Following are my complaints against this company –
1) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd is misleading its joining members by giving wrong and misleading information about itself and its products.
2) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd is violating direct selling guidelines like company not giving their pyramid or binary or binary bro plans detail in MOA or AOA.
3) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd not given Mumbai registered office details, directors details, or any other contact details on website ( https://ixglobal.us )
4) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd running money circulation scheme.
5) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd not taking subscription amount in company account they are taking amount into personal account via google pay, Paytm, cash, etc. and escaping taxations to be levied upon it by the govt. of India (income tax and GST).
6) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd is dealing in monetary deposits, investments, trading in commodities , live stocks, forex, crypto currencies, sports betting, discount coupons vouchers etc. which is not legal.
7) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd is doing MLM in Educational system which is not allowed as per maharashtra direct selling guidelines.
8) IX Global Academy Pvt. Ltd using international forex broker for forex, stock, cypto curuncies, commodities and other types trading which is violating SEBI and RBI norms.
