Text of Complaint by Sabyasachi Das:

Airtel is stealing my daily data. At 12:00am when the daily quota is renewed they show me that I have already used 400-500mb data but the actual scenario is that this amount of data is used just between 11:30pm-12:00 am.
From my 1.5 GB data limit they steal 400-500 mb data daily and after 11:30pm the used data is counted from the new day’s data quota.

Airtel is a big fraud nowadays in data stealing.

  1. I have been looking for how to report Airtel Nigeria. I hope the body responsible for ethical practices among service provider will take this issue up.

    Airtel is seriously milking Nigerians dry. Atleast we are aware, what about those people that aren’t aware of what’s going on.

  2. Yes my mobile showing data consumed only 1GB.but Airtel app showing my alloted 1.5data was finished.how it is possible.clearly Airtel is cheating it’s customer.how to stop them

  3. Yes, the same case happened to me. Even though my other sim is active for data, Airtel is sending the message that I am reaching the end of my quota.
