I’ve made a pre payment booking because that is the only available option on agoda application and the hotel personnel denied to allot the room on arrival. They’ve said that they’re having issues with the website to load and made me wait for 4hrs for check in and the Agoda customer care support is also useless we can’t call them we just have to chit chat them and wait for the reply. My money is Also stucked because we can’t cancel the booking on the day of arrival so I’m very very dissappointed with the services provided by Agoda Application and I Want Justice for that if there’s any.
