I started working for the grand works pvt ltd through quikr app.
They told me to finish 700 forms and gave me 6 due days time.
The job directer, called ishitha sharma approached me and told the work procedure and she didn’t give me anything to read and she got me
Signed. She only told that if you dont finish this job you will have to pay 4000, for the salary of 17,500.
At first the site started hanging and i asked her if i could change the device thinking that the problem is in my phone. But finally
I finished filling 695 forms after which the website didn’t give me anymore forms to fill.
Now I even told her about this problem. And she told, the salary department will call you and give your salary after checking the quality.
I was waiting for the call, this afternoon a lady called me and was like that the company gave me 700 froms and i didn’t fill 2 forms for which i have to pay 4000 and she blamed that I was careless and I was not hardworking and she did not let me explain.
And finally she gave me a threat of taking a legal action on me without paying my salary.
