hello, this is my parent’s mobile complain, i am regularly recharge my parents mobile, Mobile have two sims, and both are regularly recharged by me. Just checking SMS of VZ-ViCMS they are deducting some charge or choosing/ to access Handset/ to access sports pack / To access scirewin contest, etc. and they charge for some Rs. 25/ Rs. 35/ Rs.5/ , These sms are from one and half year. so how to block these SMS, its really charge … because i dont use these number very much nor my parents. only my children are using this mobile for education and to see youtube channel purpose only, so please help… me out,
