Text of Complaint by Arica Zaidi:

I Filed a complaint against the compressor and it’s under warranty on 4th August they kept me waiting and it’s 9th of sept more than a month and now also they are asking me to wait 15 days and after that I have to pay 3000 for gas as well and gave them 500 visiting charge poor service Hitachi didn’t expected this from you I will strongly advise people not to buy your products and I need you to resolve my issue ASAP otherwise I will be filing complaint against you guys
