I have placed a return request on a particular product due to quality and size issue so when the delivery person came for the pick up they said there is no ajio price tag available so will not take the return call the customer executive and then find a solution and then the product will be picked up. So I have called 4 executives and till now no action taken , registered a complaint, hair the email also. Getting messages then order will be pick up today share the otp with them but ultimately no one came no calls nothing n it’s being A month now the product return policy date has expired and I am helpless. Need my money back, will harassment insult penalty and also wasting my time everyday om one particular product. It is Ajio’s fault not to convey the operational partners for picking up the products with no tags too untill the product is different as shown in picture or no company tag name. But I had all it’s Ajio’s fault to not give me the price tag in the product. Where is my fault here? Why will I leave this case
