I bought airtel black 899 plain on 5th April 2024, on 7th April only dth was installed, later after 7-8 calls with customer service they told me to recharge my xtream fiber and it will be converted to airtel black broadband and my airtel black id will be generated. It’s been 14 days customer service each time raises tickets and ask me to wait 3 days and till now no resolution provided they just raised 5-6 tickets.
