hi sir my name is adnan and i live in vashi navi mumbai , recently i have opeaned a ice cream and a cake shop in the name of cold scoop before 2 month and i wanted to login into zomato i got a contact number of ur team leader from one of ur resturant from past 3 week im calling ur team leader but he is not ready to talk with us and help us in the process he just recives a call listen my voice and disconnect the call and these is happening from past 3 week ,yes i understand my team leaders gets busy in work but these is not the way to handel ur customer if u guys dont want any resturant to login into u u should b very clear about that say it u dont want to do in simpel manner , so it will b very easy to u guys and even for us , u guys made a good name in a market dont get lose bcos of these worker who is not loyal in there work , the person i contact name is siddhesh and his contact number is 8850117600 .thankyou

सर मेरा नाम विनोद कुमार है मै हिमाचल प्रदेश जिला सोलन का राइडर हूं हमारे टीम लीडर अविनाश मुझे अपने लैपटॉप पर कुछ टाइम के लिए ऑफलाइन शो कर देते है जिससे मेरा लॉन्च पिक कम्पलीट नहीं हो पता है और जो राइडर उन्हें कैंसिल आर्डर देते है उनको ऑनलाइन करते है जिससे मेरे कभी भी 18 टच पॉइंट नहीं होते है आप उनको बोलो की मेरी आई डी 799705 को ऑफलाइन शो ना करे जिससे मुझे आर्डर नहीं आते और मेरी रेट कार्ड 4.9 है फिर भी मुझे आर्डर नहीं आते कभी कभी 2 हीं टच पॉइंट होते है जिससे मैं बहुत परीशान हो गया हूं और सर सारी फैमिली का खरचा मेरे ऊपर है आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे मैं आपका आभारी रखुगा

Currently as per Maharashtra Government announcement , I’ve done the covid 19 RT-PCR test , I’d become positive , I’d uploaded all the documents in our Zomato delivery app , such as a receipt & report , still I didn’t get any reply from Zomato team ..
Not even team leader is reachable , he switch off his phone & doing work another place , ignoring us , in current situation , not replying to the msg done on whatsapp , third class experience ever I had ..
Hi sir I am nikhil kumar from patiala. I am a Zomato cycle rider delivery boy. My id is FE1002926. Sir I have problems with zomato team leader. Because my Zomato delivery apps will be blocked on 26th May 2021 due to frequently cancellation of order,but that’s not my fault customer pleaced order and after some minutes he calls and say cancel the order afer that I calls to customer support and cancel the order after confermation of customer.So dats the problem faced day by day.please check my previous order history. I need money to servive here but today my id blocked and no any resolution given my my team leader and ticket raised my me. So I send u mail against him.kindly request you please take action and unblock my id .Team leader mobile number is 9814418941..today 6 days completed but no one help me ..please take action against this type of team leader.
