I had issues with Add Money Optopn with Paytm, Update Email Id, Set UPI pin. From past One month. Last month when i had been on call for long long hours, they wer able to solve only email id update issue i guess.. After that i uninstalled and re installed it 2 days ago and same issues still persist. UPI Pin set and Add money option. So again On calls for hours together and got add money option sorted. Asked me to send screen shots for both the issues, I sent and now its again 3 working days. They think customer as a joke. Instead of providing solution, they want to beat the customer down to the limit and make the customer frustrated and angry. I want some real action taken on Paytm for the same. Else I will have to go other ways on the same.
