In Dec’23 i applied for the FLIPKART AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD post receiving the call from bank person who informed me that this was a pre-approved credit card, and i will get the 1250 GIFT CARD + 100 INR off on swiggy. I was shown 1250 INR GIFT CARD while also applying SS attached.
I went through the flipkart application and applied for the credit card which I received too and the last four digits of my credit card is 0088.
On 11 Jan’ I had a word with Swati executive from AXIS BANK who informed me that I’ll receive 500 GIFT CARD from AXIS bank, and 700 GIFT CARD from FLIPKART. As I had applied through the flipkart application that’s why there was an offer of 200 otherwise i would have got only 500 from FLIPKART as well.
Later I received 500 GIFT CARD from AXIS BANK, but didn’t receive 700 INR from FLIPKART.
I had a word with a flipkart customer care executive named Palak who informed me that i will get 500 INR and this was in process and asked me to wait for 30 days post first transaction.
Now I had a word on 02 Mar’24 with Ayushi who was unable to help me in this. I called again and spoke to escalation help desk person Neetu. She also denied there was no any offer like this then forced her to listen the call of 11 Jan’ then she said she marked mail for the call observation, and asked me to wait for 5-7 working days which i can’t please help me here it’s been almost 2 months i didn’t receive GIFT CARD from FLIPKART.
I escalated the issue to Axis bank CEO and received below response:-

This is with the reference to your email dated March 05, 2024 received at the office of our MD and CEO Mr. Amitabh Chaudhry regarding non-receipt of Flipkart gift vouchers. The reference number for the interaction is 240305479694.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We appreciate your patronage and endeavor to make your banking relationship with us as comfortable as possible.
Based on your representation, we have perused the concerns raised by you and wish to submit as below:
Please note that Rs. 1,250/- limited offer is not as per product feature and benefits neither any such offer is currently ongoing with Flipkart. Further please note that out of total voucher value of Rs.1250 Axis bank have credited the voucher worth Rs. 500. For the rest of the voucher worth Rs.750 needs to be fulfilled by Flipkart and you can connect with Flipkart team regarding the same.
:- Flipkart deny for the same have contacted them multiple times.
