Subject , It about order no5163412219 of paytm
Sir i got a order on 15th may from payTm victronics watch worth rupees 41k.but when i opend my recived product which was diffective and different from my order as well as for that i requested return as acording to return policy of paytm but with any reason after 3dayz paytm rejected my return then i contac to paytm.care they told me they will take action plz share the pics but not the video they asked which i have made and i have told them about it also.
i was doing all things they asking i was cooperating with them beacuse of the order was prepaid .but they were asking for 7days after 15days after that again time was demanded but soluion given then i mailed the nodal officer about the issue about the video,pics as welk as but after some time from that side i was with empty hands then after i tried to suplier but tge details of supliers i got fake like fake call numbers not even this i just requst for one reurn of product paytm block my id with saying that due to high no of return your acount has been flaged and blocked .
i can not cantac them can not asked them why my return request was rejected on what bases without checking anything by sulier on what bases .after a long wait i got reply from nodal afficer that right product was delivered as acording to their sulier and their curier company .
Sir i have all proof from my side is clear my i lost my money and product as well as .paytm has lots of fake seller with selling fake brand things in brand prices long wait given to customers china items also they are sulieng on behalf of real brand item please look in to the matter
I want to share the video when i was opening the order but i failed to do that please tell how can i do that i am giving some pic u can see
