I would like to inform you that Paytm has to return Rs. 41287.91 which was put on hold on 17.07.2018 under transaction ID 19718868268. Kindly note that Axis bank has debitted me with this amount and I have to return it to them. This case was registered on 29.11.2018 and despite my requests for the last one month, it has not be paid to Axis Bank. Kindly note that I am a Cancer patient and despite my repeated requests, Paytm is not taking the desired action. I am attaching herewith as attachment screenshot showing money put on hold. Since my medical condition does not allow me to take so much of pressure, tension, I would request you to please look into this and arrange money to be sent back to Axis Bank immediately.
