I’ve placed my order worth 1205, and made the payment online. Now I am not able to track anything. Please help

I also paid Rs 1199/ for 6 shirts to kukfebi.in. They are fraud company .They put my phone to busy after delivery date. Any how I contacted them and they accepted that this company is made for cheating , money will not be refunded.
My order Nr. 50816, I paid and I was informed that my shirt will be delivered asap. Till now ( Around 15 days) no delivery made. The website is also inoperative. It seems this company is fake and trying to make money out of many people. pls. do the needful to cease this company.

I spent INR 1396 on ordering shirts on November 10, 2020. The website is inoperative now and there is no way to track the order.
