I’ve placed an order from an app jutepejuta on 11th July and in the app they have informed me that order would reach within 10 days.. post 10 days I’ve tried contacting them via their support mail and they have informed to contact the courier service for which I’ve dropped mail as well but haven’t heard anything from them so far and the last response I received from them was due to the covid situations we are not able to deliver your items.. Neither I received an estimated delivery date nor any info bout my refund.
