- My cousin have placed an order for a Pack of 4 T-shirts on the website chesin.in.
- He saw the advertisement on Facebook. He is a very simple person without much technical knowledge. He believed on the advertisement and placed an order for the Tshirts.
- The offer was for a Pack of 4 T-shirts for Rs. 999.00, he has paid the complete amount using his Card details.
- OTP was sent.
- He even received an email confirmation regarding the Order being Confirmed and the payment being received.
- Order was placed on Date: Wed, Jul 22, 2020, 8:40 PM.
- Received the email confirmation from the address: helpchesin@gmail.com
- The order was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days after it was placed as per the email received.
- My cousin has even emailed them on their email address however, he did not receive any reply from them.
- Please take care of the issue.
- My cousin lives in Amravati, Maharashtra. He is not financially very well. Rs. 999.00 does mean alot to him.
- Requesting you to please help him out.
