I have seen their ads in Google. Then I had applied for loan amount of just Rs.20,000 for medical emergency. After uploading my KYC they sent me a message that the loan has approved please pay Rs.249. I paid the service charges after 10 minutes I got a second message to pay Rs.1250 for loan agreement then I paid. After 5 minutes , I got a third message that i need to pay Rs.1800 for File charges, I thought this is the final payment then they disburse the amount but still they did not.
After 15 minutes, they have sent a message to pay Rs.2800 for insurance fee. I asked them through email like, Still how many payments I have to do to get the Rs.20000 loan. No response from them.
I have sent an email to them a lot of time to refund the money, but still no response. Even I have tried to contact them social media, they animals did not reply for any messages or comments. Kindly take an action or please tell me how to file the complaint legally. I will not leave them. I need my money.
