I ordered ‘iPhone 13 Pro’ from the seller iTradeit (https://itradeit.in) worth Rs.79,490
Order no: 21467
The delivered product is a sheer disappointment (attaching pics for reference), I am highly regretting my decision to purchase from iTradeit:
1. The phone is full of scratches and accumulated dust
2. It is definitely a USED product, they are making fool of customers by claiming product will be delivered in NEW condition
After raising this issue with iTradeit, I was asked to return the USED product. And the seller promised to send a replacement, and in case of stock unavailability, full refund would be provided.
Ever since I have returned the product to the seller, he has stopped responding to my calls and emails. Their website had a email address of grievance officer “santosh.kr@itradeit.in”, which is an INVALID email id.
Guys, NEVER order from this website, they are big time FRAUDSTERS.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM iTradeit !!!!!!!!!
We should make more noise about these malpractices, I will be filing a case in consumer court. And will spread this SCAM as much as possible.

We have been noticing this feeds since long time but we did not felt like responding thinking this is not a “Review” platform and this is a Consumer Court Forum for Genuine consumer complaints . We encourage forums like this for the safety of general consumers but when admin is accepting approvals of such feedbacks of our brand on their own forum , admin should also review them time to time as we have internal dispute procedure for the same and most importantly all of these are already resolved from long back from our end . Kindly review and clear such bold statements made on the forum as its creating un-necessary doubts for our customers – Grievance Officer.
