Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sheetal, am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Fi Money for gross mismanagement of my financial transaction and the utter lack of support in addressing the issue.
I initially registered with Fi Money years ago but ceased to use their services due to subpar experiences. Recently, my Income Tax Return (ITR) refund was deposited into my Fi Money account. It has been over a month since this occurred, and despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access my funds.
Each time I attempt to transfer the money via UPI or any other transaction mode, the app requests that I set up a PIN. However, every attempt results in an error, rendering the transfer impossible. My numerous efforts to reach Fi Money’s customer support team have gone unanswered, with no response or callback to date. Federal Bank, after being made aware of the issue, advised me to pursue this matter directly with Fi Money as they don’t have direct access to any of the Fi money related transactions. Despite this, I have received no assistance from Fi Money.
This situation has caused significant distress and financial inconvenience. I hereby request the Consumer Court to intervene and ensure the following:
Immediate transfer of the trapped funds from my Fi Money account to my official Federal Bank account.
Closure of my Fi Money account upon successful transfer of the funds.
Appropriate action against Fi Money for their negligence and failure to provide adequate customer support.
I trust that the Consumer Court will take my complaint seriously and expedite the resolution of this matter.
