I ordered few items on 20th September,2020( worth Rs996) and payment was made through google pay. Items are are not delivered yet and they are not even replying to emails.

Website is down now. Following message is displayed:

This site can’t be reached

https://ethniqatelier.com/’s server IP address could not be found.

I want my refund of Rs.996 from ethniqatelier.com as the products are not delivered.
