am Swati Sharma pertaining an amazon prime account since years. I ordered 2 t-shirts for independence day from Amazon on 1/8/21 which have not been delivered till now. The order information is as follows. I am unable to get any resolution even after escalating the matter through you customer service and really hopeless. There are many representatives who are not even well trained to entertain the queries of their customers. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Amazon. I can’t even cancel it now as not getting any option on the Amazon application. Request you to kindly check on this matter and get this resolved on immediate basis. This was not the kind of services or response ever expected from Amazon. Awaiting your response. Also the dtdc tracking number shared is fraudulent.
