I ordered 3 Milton casseroles from Amazon with order ID 404-2173719-3640305. But when I open the sealed package I see empty boxes along with bricks and papers. Items were completely missing. Upon complaining thru Amazon customer care I get the response that they have delivered the package and nothing can be refunded
