My ordered items are missing .
I have ordered below items refer attach image . As soon as I rcvd my food I started opening the food packet. But dal makhani is missing.. I tried hard to connect your team& restaurant immediately but couldn’t connect cos only mailing will work as per your bot.
Anyways plz check and revert cos its my hard earned money ..
Food quality is so bad and tasteless and cold. we were unable to eat Nan also cos its was not properly packed ..Nan has turned into leather..
Finally I was able to connect the restaurant thru other search engines and he finally accepted his fault that yes we forgot to give the items and sorry for bad quality of food ..next time it will not happen again.
What a excuse ?
It’s my hard earned money..
Except biriyani nothing was good to eat ..
I want my refund for the same…cos 1st items missing secondly not properly cooked..
Plz revert ASAP
