i ordered from swiggy items were missing from it and when i tried to call customer care they asked me to mail complain which will be resolved in next 24 hours and no other help was provided. customer care people are least bothered for a case also its normal people who suffer whose money they steal and we just keep mailing as we can’t do anything else.
customer senior supervisor shivam refused to give any details regarding my order and was not at all helpful.
lost my 600 rupees.
i have complete recording of call with swiggy customer care helpline in which shivam is just saying i can’t help u i can’t help u mail us mail us mail team will revert u back in 24 hours
