i had ordered 7 items from amazon out of which only 5 were delivered to me but on the app and consumer service executives are telling me that all items are delivered . i had asked for an investigation to executive and after the investigation the update was same that the items are delivered but i have not received the items.
they refuse to do further enquiry or to take any action regarding this but i need my refund of the product i had ordered.
