I would like to bring your kind attention towards a very disappointing services offered by zomato past few days. Last night I ordered from Faasos. After completing payment I received a call from zomato valet, telling he won’t be able to deliver the food. After it no other valet assigned to my order. Whole night it kept showing your order is preparing. Now in morning it shows your order delivered. And I did not receive my order.
Even Being a regular customer I am not getting solution of my complaints from Zomato.

I have received entire incorrect order. Kindly look into the matter. Find the pictures in attachments for complain 2. I ordered biryani and chilly panner.
they ignore my complaints and do not take necessary action. Expecting consumer court to look into the matter and initiate my refund including compensation.
