I placed an order no. SS4061 for a combo pack of three short sleeves cotton shirts, after seeing their advertisement on social media Facebook, on 3rd May, 2020 and make on the same day through my debit card through payment gateway app PayU Money, the Payment ID is 318920409, Merchant order ID is 12779065513515, surprisingly the Acknowledgement was sent by some Ankit Jain, as the payment was given to Ankit Jain instead of Shine Summer. I think that payment gateway PayU Money is also involved in this forgery because I can’t understand why payment was handed over to Ankit Jain.
Till now no supply was effected by Shine Summer or by Ankit Jain. I sent an email on 23-05-2020 at the address given by the supplier email@example.com, which was returned undelivered with the remark “Address not found” and the website showing that this shop is unavailable.
I want my money be refunded along with interest @24% and a criminal case of cheating and criminal conspiracy be lodged against Shine Summer, Ankit Jain and payment gateway app PayU Money.
